yea, racing hart makes c5...but i think they have been discontinued for a while now. i think it's mostly RH Evolution now, they're bascially the same thing..."Dazz Motorsports", but yea, RH Evolution is an off brand of Racing Hart.

Dazz motorsports makes Racing Hart which are Japanese wheels (usually multi-piece forged and cast) and the also produce RH Evolution which are American made inexpensive cast, and some forged wheels

Hart Wheels of Japan makes them.
And yes... RH Evo and Racinghart have no affiliation at all.
