It is not normal and I do not recommend that you drive on it. How many miles are on your tires? Where did you get them?

It is called an impact seperation. It is really bad to drive on and I reccomend replacing as soon as possible. It happens to all tires (some a lot more than others) but you have to replace them. If you bought them from discount tire and bought the certificate of free replacement on them then you are good, if not is gonna cost you.

I have Toyo Proxes F4 on my 17" enkei's. Yes, it is dangerous to drive on but I've have 2 on my passenger front for awhile and its all good. It's the second time on two different tires that I get bubbles. I called the Toyo Home office and they said there was nothing they would do about it. It happens all the time with low profile tires and potholes.

I hit an expansion plate on an overpass doing 160 km/h and it put an impact break on my tire...Tire saved the wheel too....God I love Michelin...
