Unhappy Need major help with brake problems?

I have posted 2 other posts on my brake issue, and I dont feel like going over all of it again, but to shorten it up, I have recently got a new brake job, but the brakes squeal and grind really badly, and the place I get my brakes done at has no idea what the problem is. This problem mainly comes from the rear brakes. They have been worked on 5 times since new brakes put on about a month ago including being resurfaced 3 times, recieved several cleanings and adjustments, and they sound like they need to be replaced, what do I do. I even wrote to lemon law about this problem and they said they are going to try and help me out. Lemon law (for those of you that dont know) is a place that people can write about problems that they have with their car, how it has a problem that either no one will work on or a problem that wont go away and these people either go about getting your car serviced or getting you a new car. They are lawyers. Someone try to help me with this problem if you can, thanks.

You've already posted twice about this in Vehicle Issues forum... and we've already given you advice there(http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh...hreadid=110148)

Lemon law is not going to help you much in this situation because you got your brake job done at a non-Honda garage. Lemon laws, as I understand it, only applies to defects on new cars that a dealer cannot fix after 3 tries. Since you didn't take it to your dealer... this law is not applicable here.

Sounds to me like your problems started after you took your car to that 3rd party garage... if the problem is really as bad as you say it is adn they can't fix it, then you should consider some kind of action against this garage.

Other than paying out some more money to get all your rear brake components replaced by Honda, or some legal action against this garage, there's not much else we can do here in terms of new advice for you.
