Will 17's scrape??

I'm a newbie, so please bare with me.

Will 17's scrape in a 7th gen. civic, not dropped, and even if you turn the steering wheel all the way?

not at all
mine is pretty low, and i have 18's and they never ever rub!
if your car is on stock height, i dont thhink 19s would even rub...like i said im on 18's and no rubbing, so u will be fine with 17's and not lowered, but uu should lower it!
