new tires

im getting new tires. i have 1 7" wheel and i wanted to know if a 215 would fit....is that a wider tire that a 205? im not too sure...id also wanna get a 45 so the size would be 215-45-17 is there such a tire?

Yes there is such a tire and it would fit perfectly without rubbing. Many different manufacturers make that size too. And yes it is wider than a 205.

yea its great size.
i went with 215/45/17. fits without any problems

yeah that is what I had on my car when I first bought wheel/tires, then I went to 205/45/17 cause I like the look of a lower profile tire.... and now I am getting 18's in a couple of days, heh !

It fits fine, it's a little wider, and the overall tire and rim size is bigger than the stock. It still looks fine though.

The best tire size for our civics is 205/45/17.

Well i actaully have that size tire on my car, when I ordered them the guy asked if my car was lowered and at the time it wasn't. You may run into a small problem there, but i am sure camber kit would take care of it if you are lookin to lowering or already lowered.

yah 215 should be fine and there are some good choices of tires with it
