Stripped lug nut

I was getting ready to install my lowring spring one day. I put the lug nut wrech on it getting ready to losen it up. Trying to put all that force on it. When I did I fell head first to the floor. I was like what the F**K. Looked at it and it was stripped. How do I fix it with out messing up my rims.

OK... the Nut is stripped right? Like you rounded the corners? Not the actual threads on the stud?

If it's the nut, take it to a tire place... they have cool toys to pull stripped nuts off. It happens.

Boilermaker is right if the lug it self is round than take it to a tire shop they have special sockets that will pull it off. If the stud is stripped you have to get a new one, goto a tire shop around you and ask them to reccomend a place (most places will know of one because they have to send people to get them replaced every once in a while) to get your stud replaced. It shouldn't be that expensive either way to get a stud replaced is probably going to run $30.
