Broke my lug bolt......
Well I broke my lug bolt 1 of the 4...and well I bought the part....but Honda says it could be 85-170$ to fix...like wtf is that......man..have any of you replace a full rotar how hard is it to take it all apart...and to I have to worry about the hub separating?

You have to get the hub off. That means you need to take the front rotors off, or the rear drum off. Then untorque that huge nut holding the hub on. You'll need a breaker bar for that since it's on there at like 100+ foot pounds. Don't know the exact torque. Then you have to pound the old lug bolt out and pound the new one in. Then re-assemble everything. That hub bolt has to be on there tight too and the torque for that sucker has to be pretty close to what it was at. Any less and you get loosening. Any more and you get more stree and possible fracturing. Just like the lug bolts. Torque is very important. Metals expand, but they can't expand forever. They eventually break.
