For the wheels, the cheapest I've seen them is on wheelmax.com They have sales on those wheels all of the time. As for lowering, just get a set of springs. I recommend Tein springs. They are a 1.75 drop and look and handle great. And ShowstoppersUSA has them for $139.00 shipped. Which is a great price on them.

Check it out.

I wouldn't buy them off of ebay. You will get charged about 20 bucks for shipping and it will take 2-3 weeks before you see them. Check out the link I gave you. ShowstopperUSA is a great company and ship anywhere in the US with in 3-5 days. Plus its 139.00 shipped. I just ordered a CAI from them and they treated me great. I plan on doing lots of business with them.

2nd post just to let you know Jodster gave you good advice.

Wheelmax is cheaper than just about anybody on RH Evolution wheels.

The shipping info on the ebay site says you pay $30 to get the Tein springs shipped! Ouch! So it ends up costing $20 more than the ShowstoppersUSA price when you total everything up.
