Retrofit 01-03 OVAL Fog lamps in 04-05 front bumper???

Retrofit 01-03 OVAL Fog lamps in 04-05 front bumper??? I like the look of the oval-style fog lamps with the black surround better than the typical 04-05 fog lamps that are available. Has anybody had success doing any kind of retrofit on the 04-05 front bumper covers? I looked at mine and it APPEARS as though I could just make the surround out of ABS or something and snap it into the tabs currently holding my filler panels in (mine did not come with any fog lamps). I think they just have a cleaner look than the gigantic lenses on the facelift models.

Really? I've been digging for months now but haven't found one. I suppose I'll keep looking!
EDIT: After some digging, all I can find with oval fog lamps for an 04-05 are all for the Si model. Are these the ones you are referring to? Will they fit the DX/VP front bumper? My inclination is to guess not.
