1998 civic coupe k-swap
I have a mostly bone stock 98 coupe with a d16y5. The engine blew I want to swap a k20a in. Besides the transmission, what else do I need to swap? I am also open for other engine suggestions. I got a budget of $3-4k

I have $3000, plenty of time but I wanna finish asap, and I don’t really have any experience but I’m working on it to learn and I have friends with a decent amount of experience. I’m just trying to do a basic swap, nothing crazy but still fun

Pretty sure the mounts alone are half your budget, engine and trans are at least your budget, probably closer to $5k. Plus everything else needed. If you google Ek kswaps I'm sure there's lots of threads detailing everything is
