Where exactly is the heater control valve?

Where exactly is the heater control valve?

I have a 2002 civic and have only cold air while at low speed.
i would like to check the heater control valve, can anyone tell me where EXACTLY it is? Pics can help even more.

It is on the firewall in the engine bay. Looks similar to this.

Ok actually I filled up the radiator then bled the system and now it works.

Yes that is the valve. Why was the radiator low? Coolant leak? Signs of head gasket failure?

Sounds like it had air pockets in the cooling system and now you bled them out. However, if the issue continues then (as bro-chip) is eluding to...it may be due to a head gasket breach.
