2000 civic ex p0505 help

2000 civic ex p0505 help Cant get rid of p0505 check engine!
replaced replaced icv valve, intake manifold gasket, throttle body gasket, pcv valve and cleaned oil catch can, coolant temperature sensor, new plugs, and the fuel pump is new.
intermittent hard start, have to give it gas to get going other times turns over no problem. Disconnect battery to reset and it will run normally for a day or so then idle will surge and throw code.
