Oil Dipstick tube retainer (bracket/clip) part no???

I have a 97 Civic DX Hatchback MT, and I had to pull the oil dipstick tube because the dipstick was broken off inside and I couldn't get it out. When I did, somehow, I lost the retaining clip that holds it on. I am trying to find another one, but cannot find one (or the part number) ANYWHERE. I found it generally on a parts diagram, but cant figure out the part number to continue my search. Can anyone help find the part number, OR find out where I can get one of these????? I am trying the dealership also, but since it is Sunday, I would like to try to find it online. THANKS!!!! See attachments for the part I am talking about (labelled E-11 on the diagram I found.

This is the page that the item is on, in the upper left!

This is a detail of the part I am looking for, E-11.

Number 3? Part number 11813-P2A-000, timing belt cover clip. Found in Engine > Camshaft - Timing Belt. Looks the same as your picture.
