99 honda civic ex
1999 honda civic ex, lost power and shut off won't start but cranks no smoke no weird nosies. What could it be I was driving around 25 mph if that when it just lost power and slowly turned off

Definitely sounds like a timing issue.
If that's not it, check your distributor (they don't have coil packs yet, right?). If the main wire comes unplugged, your car will die instantly and sound completely normal when cranking. The likelihood of this happening is remote given what you're talking about. I'm only suggesting it because it happened to me in a RWD car doing things that a FWD car can't do
