Clockspring Reel (98 DX)
I need to get a clock spring reel to install this oem wheel but i don’t know where the clockspring plugs too. The previous owner changed a lot up and I just need to know so i know if i need to buy extra parts.

Should plug down in the dash. Go to a junkyard and then you can take apart one that hasn't been messed with so you know what its supposed to look like.

My mistake, the clockspring connector actually plugs into the back of the unit. Google image search will show you.
