Rear defrost

2001 Honda Civic Lx sedan
I know that this has been addressed before....
I had a working rear defrost until I accidentally knocked the rear pin off when I fixed the dreaded sagging headliner. I glued it back on with RD adhesive ...but it hasn't worked since. i have power to pins so fuse and switch likely fine. I have no power to any grid lines....is new glass the only option?? See picture of pin area since it was knocked off.

Thanks

Stu

Re: Rear defrost

Gluing isn't going to make electrical contact. I have seen someone attempt to solder the connector back to the window.
