What colin said. It is kinda hard to determine damage without taking it apart or getting a good close look at it all. On the surface, it doesn't look like much damage behind the body panels. Bumper, fender, and maybe headlight is all that's damaged on the front. The only thing I foresee being damaged behind all that is where the fender mounts up, and that'll need to be straightened or removed and replaced. IIRC, it's minimally structural, and if it's just the fender mount, not at all. It really looks like the impact just missed the front bumper beam judging by how the bumper looks on the front end.
bluebook value for a 2012 LX sedan (I'm not sure what trim/body yours is) in fair condition with 58k on the clock is still around the $5k mark, and those repairs, assuming bumper, fender, headlight, and the structural part behind the fender may be in the realm of $1-1.5k, so I don't think it'd be totaled. It's really up to the insurance company though.
A lot has to do with how much is it worth on the open market... before going to the insurance company go online to say Edmunds or KBB and do an online evaluation, use the best description of condition before the accident, and have that in hand... You will at least have something to negotiate with.
If it cost more than what the insurance company thinks its worth they may want to total it rather than fix it.
Now if you are really attached to the car, or think you can get it fixed for less you may be able to purchase the car from then as is... but they will probably want to give you a title that says totaled.
