2006 EX Sedan Hood/Bumper

2006 EX Sedan Hood/Bumper
I am definitely new to this forum and I would seriously like some input on my hood and my front bumper. I'd like to replace both because they are seriously damaged. Obviously, I'd would not like to spend an arm and a leg just to fix them, but I'd also like the job to be done right. Any suggestions? What about the plastic under the front bumper and wheel wells? Are they worth replacing/keeping at all? I'm sure this subject has been covered before, but I really could use some feedback. I love my Civic, but it's been an eyesore for a VERY long time. Thanks!
