Hello, I have a Honda civic 2009 coupe and this lock/unlock beeping sound annoys me a lot because it's so loud. Every time I lock the car it beeps once and when I unlock the car, it beeps twice. Originally my car didn't beep, but after I went to a mechanic my locking system change. It doesn't seem like they could fix it, so I'm coming here for help!! My car has the fob which is separate from my actual key and I tried holding down my lock and unlock button for 2 seconds which turns on my hazard light 3 times(what it said on google). That didn't work. Any other suggestions?

So you have an aftermarket keyless entry system? The OEM key fob is part of the key. You will likely have to find out what system you have and look up instructions.

The name is rubbed off, so I can't find what one it's from. Is there any way to find out? Any other suggestions I could do to fix this beeping sound?

This may help..my alarm was going off on its own I disconnected the electrical connection at the bonnet (hood) catch. Now the lights flash but no bleeping. I think the alarm may be off too

which electrical connection is it? is this located under the hood?

Its connected to the bonnet catch. Take the plastic cover off follow the wires plastic connector undo it.
That stops the alarm going off. Lights still flash when you lock unlock the car. Well it did on mine I hope it does what you want.
