I've noticed that some people have said that they have rattling from the passanger side air vent. Has anybody got this looked at or know what's causing it? I though maybe wires from the radio harness were hitting the chassis and causing the sound, but I removed my entire Temp control unit, center console, glovebox, and and air filters and it still makes the sound. There is nothing loose at all behind the vent, and I am positive that is where it is coming from. Anybody know about this or what to do about it?

It's the door....I have the same problem and did the same thing as you, but the noise is still there.....I think the door needs to be tight'nd

I found out what it was today. When I uninstalled my SRI and replaced the stock airbox, I forgot to fully tighten the screw that holds the intake pipe just below the fusebox. The washer was hitting and rattling inside the engine bay against the chassis, making it sound like it was coming out of the passenger air vent. It's all good now!
