'02 sedan supposed to be springy ride??

does any1 have the same problem with thier '02 civic 4dr? no mods have been done to suspension cuz i dont wanna mess up the warranty. is the ride quality supposed to be bouncy especially on the highway? im bringin the car in to honda in a few days cuz they gonna change the struts cuz of the clanking noises in the front. does the struts have anything to do with the bouncy ride?

Strange. My old Civic was bouncy, but not this one. This one I feel it quite stiff actually.

My '02 sedan is a wee bit stiff in the rear. It may bounce or buck a little but I don't notice it anymore.

I wouldn't describe the ride bouncy in any sense of the word. I find it to ride as one would expect outside of the stiff rear.

My 2k2 is also very bouncy. I think that's how they made the suspension.

AR will become famous soon enough
well the other day i was following i believe an 01 lx (had no paint on handles so i figured it was an 01) and he bouncing everywhere. my 02 sedan didnt bounce nothing like his at all. i am sure he need something replaced though on his suspension. he would even go over a small bump and the car would be moving up and down up and down again and again.
