Ticking noise when heater is on
I'm pretty sure this has been covered before, but I can't find a topic on it. I sometimes notice a faint ticking sound inside my car. I turn the heater off, and it goes away. I turn the heater back on, and it starts ticking again. Does anyone know what' causing this?

I've seen other people talking about the same thing here. Its supposibly a air bubble or air lock in the heater core that needs to be purged, I think that Honda has a Service Bulliten on this. I don't know how you would remove the air but there is a procedure.

Come on guys, I know someone knows something out there. I think Solar is right, but does anyone have anymore detail? Anyone out there that has actually had this problem and went to get it fixed?

Ya, I have that too, sorry I don't know what it is. I will probably be taking it to the dealer soon for something else and so I'm gonna ask about that too. I'll try to remember to update on it too.
