High speed problem

High speed problem
Sup,
before explaining my problem... i am not doing it on highways but in tracks
My problem is I can no longer acheive 200km/h as easily as before. Few months ago I could go easily to 200 but now.. when I shift to 5th (about 180-185)... It cans go to 190 and stays there OR it is Verrrryyy slow to get to 200+... any idea why? didn't do any mod exept CAI.
