EX Cluster in DX??

EX Cluster in DX??
I just bought a 2k2 Civic Dx and as most of you guys know it doesn't come with a tach. I don't want to buy one of those huge tachs, so does anyone know if it is possible to install a EX/LX cluster gauge in my DX?? And if so, will the odometer read the correct mileage for my car??
