knock
i know alot of people have talked about rattling and knocking and watever but i did an search and i didnt find anything about my problem. Whenever I make a right turn to go into my driveway I hear this knocking sound coming from the rear of the car. It makes it when i go over bumps that cause the car to go over them one wheel at a time (not two at a time like a normal speed bump) anyone have any ideas? thanks
It may be a leaking strut. Does it do this over every bump, no matter how slowly and gently you go over them? If yes, then the strut is probably leaking.
Next time you go for an oil change, ask them to do a visual check of your suspension components, especially the struts. They can see any leaking struts within a few seconds. If none of your struts are leaking, then it's probably not a serious problem.
