formal complaint to honda

well i called the honda motor corporation #1-800-999-1009 and told them about my sorry dealership. they told me someone will be in touch with me in 3-5 days. i will let ya'll know how it goes.

good luck... i had the same problem and they never got back to me...is it me or is honda dealerships going to sh*t all around.. let me know what happens..

well i talk to the regional office today. and my invetigator said that he was going to call the dealership and talk to the servicewriter that i had been dealing with and that he would get back to me tomorrow or wednesday.
