Interior lights don't work

After installing my head unit, my dash and climate control lights don't work. And my turn signal lights are lit up. When I use the turn signal they blink like there supposed to but are just staying on. I've checked all the fuses. Moved the dimmer and interior light wires from the cd player around. Blew a fuse called small lights thats in the engine bay. Replaced it. Everything is still the same. Put the stock head unit back in. Still no lights. What can i try next?? I'll try anything that'll keep me from taking it the dealership.

I was going to say fuses, but I have no idea.

Maybe some kind of power surge?
