I have never used one but from what I can tell the product will only work on certain type dents. Small dings or creased dents aren't going to be able to be pulled out with that tool. Plus you have to glue the puller to the car finish, and I wonder how well the glue would hold, because the dent may not be "flat". I'm not saying it won't work, but most type dents that thing could pull out are the same ones you could push out from behind by hand, or use a "plunger type body puller" for about the same price and its better quality. Just my 2¢

I haven't tried it, but it looks like on of those cheap TV products. You know, the " if you call now it's only $19.99...but WAIT, there's more!!!" I don't know...I'm tired...

Seen it on TV and no way that could really work. Nothing is that simple you pay for what you get. So Nothing can be as simple as that and yep it can't work on all dents.
