Coilover noise
if it makes it only when you turn.....the rubber piece between the hat of the coilovers and top of shocks could be missing.....whenever your coilovers were installed it could have not been sitting right, and it got eaten up.....well, that's what happen to mine, but it's fixed now!!!!
i had this problem when i first got my coilovers-----> GET A PEN AND FOLLOW.......
1. raise your car to separate the coilover, if the rubber ring at the top is gone its okay.
2. get some oil (something that fights friction, wd-40 or even motor oil, don't laugh it works very well)
3. oil the top upper ring (top and bottom), raise the coil section and oil the top of the adjustable ring.
4. lower car and turn the wheel to let oil separate the metal.
5.get online, p.m. me and thank me because your problem is solved, no more cracking and scraping when turning, it's embarassing.
P.S. WHEN I SAY OIL SOMETHING I DON'T MEAN POUR IT, I MEAN FOR YOU TO USE YOUR FINGERS AND RUB IT ON. USE ENOUGH TO COAT NOT TO WHERE IT IS DRIPPING.
