Some dash damage, help?!?

Here it is, I was installing a wiring harness to my stereo and was stupid enough to try taking it off myself without consulting an "expert" first. So I try prying it off with a screw driver all around, and when i completely fail after 30 minutes... I try harder. So finally I call Best Buy (Thanx Homey in Audio). And there is a screw behind the cigarette lighter. Back to the problem... I have leather pinches and cuts in my dash around my console trim... What can I do to fix them... make them less noticeable...
