loud intermittent vibrations while at 60-70 mph

loud intermittent vibrations while at 60-70 mph
whilst driving at motorway speeds, there will be aggressive vibrations coming from the engine bay area, however I have taken the car out of gear whilst it was vibrating letting the revs drop to 1k, the vibration still continues, any help or ideas are appreciated

Check the EGR system. Failure symptoms feel like driving over washboard roads at highway speeds.
