Gauge Swap, Speedometer @ 0

Just did a gauge swap last night. OEM 04-05 "blue" LED cluster into my '02 2-dr LX.

Used the wiring diagrams in my Honda OEM Service Manual and everything worked fine last night when I tested it(other than the "Airbag" light staying on). This morning my wife drives the car to work and calls me and tells me the speedometer is reading "0" at all speeds.

The speedo worked properly last night when I test drove the car. I didnt do the cluster sweep test and Im wondering if that will fix the problem.

Has anyone ran into this issue or know what the fix might be?

De-pin. I drove the car over the weekend and there was nothing wrong with the speedo except that it was reading low by about 5 MPH .

Bitches be trippin.
