2002 4d ex front lower control arm bolt

I've searched high and low and can not find the part number or for sure right bolt for my front lower front bushing bolt. I just cut it off tonight bc it was seized in the bushing. I got it after hours of trying. Please help!

#17 in the diagram? If so, the part number is 90118-S5A-000
