Honda is over heating

My Honda is over heating and the fan not turning on but everything else is fine but won't stop over heating

Better to start a new post and link this old one inside the new one.
Anyway, did you test the rad fan by hooking it up directly to the battery with test wires/alligator clips?

What kind of car so you have?

Low coolant level in the radiator, plus trapped air in the cooling system?

Blown head gasket, and if it's been overheated, likely warped head.
