Yeah it's def. worth the money. One that clean here in Va Beach would be 6.5k and the milage is super low.
Basically if its clean as that car shows its a reliable car.
Dirty unkempt interior usually the drive train is the same.

Last open the oil cap and with a flashlight look inside if there is any black flake or lumps walk no run away. The dipstick is also a great indicater of what the inside of the engine looks like.
