Can I use OBD2 scannerto identify it?


I have ELM327 OBD2 Bluetooth Scanner.

No.

Why do you suspect it jumped time. When cranking what does the engine sound like. Does it spin fast with no slow downs and does it hit compression. You could have some watch through the oil cap while you spin the engine over with the starter to see if the cam is spinning. But that doesn't tell you if it is in time.

Pull valve cover.
Set engine to TDC.
Use timing cover alignment sites in conjunction with correct timing mark (notch) on crankshaft pulley. If these align correctly then check the camshaft alignment marks (notches) to the top of the cylinder head.
