2001 Civic fuel problems

Will not start in the morning until you use very small amount of starter fluid. Runs great & will continue to start the rest of the day but wont start again the next morning.
I've only used the starter fluid twice & decided to post my question here before doing anything else.
Has new timing belt, alternator, starter and battery
