Clutch/Shifter Problem (New here)

Hello all, I'm new here and will probably be frequently partaking in the forum for I have many issues with my 2005 Civic and appreciate any help.

I recently purchased a 2005 Civic 4dr. sedan special edition with 211000 kms on her. I have done about 2000 kms since purchased. The other morning I started having troubles with my clutch, it now seems to be engaing close to the top and it is anything but a smooth shift. Another symptom is that the stick is very tight. It use to take little effort to move it side to side but now has a lot of resistance, especially to the passenger side. When I start the car up it feels like there is intermediate vibration when moving it side to side, almost like a binding of sorts. Lastly another symptom is that it has some difficulty engaging in gear. Not always, but it seems to be getting worse.

Thank you all for taking the time to help out a new guy. Thanks, much appreciated.
