Unhappy Intermittent crank/no start

I've owned this car since february, its got about 106k on it, and it randomly will not start, it cranks just fine, but sometimes just wont start. it has been doing this since I got it, I'd kind of forgot about it until about now, the car didnt get driven for about 3 months due to me breaking my ankle, but ive been driving it to work and back this week with no problems until tonight. It started doing it again, after awhile i finally got it started. This is driving me nuts!

Heres a vide of what happens:

Any clues as to what could be happening and why it happens randomly 1-2 times a week? No dash lights (except SRS but obv thats not related).

Im going to find a mechanic to take it to but I fear that because it starts ok right now, that they wont be able to find the problem and I need to get this figured out asap.

I noticed tonight that it started but sputtered out then died and had trouble starting again, then if I put my foot on gas while trying to start it, the car would shake and act like it wanted to start but just couldnt. Took about 30 mins before it started again and then ran mostly fine, still no dash lights.

Your help is greatly appreciated!

Re: Intermittent crank/no start

Not a lot to go on, but here's a longshot wildass guess :

Open up the glovebox wide as though you are gonna change the cabin filters.

The first 15 seconds in this video shows how the glovebox stops pop out to let the glovebox drop all the way open.

Down low in that area there should be 2-4 relays, depending on model and year, lined up along the bottom edge.

The blue relays are the PGM-FI main relays #1 and #2.
One powers the PCM, the other powers the fuel pump.

I'd pop a pair of new relays in to replace the 2 blue relays.

Catalog indicates they are not identical.
My catalog has these part numbers:
Fuel pump relay # 39794-S5A-003 (about USD $25 MSRP)
PCM relay # 39794-S5A-901 (about the same price)

(Don't kill me if my guess is wrong LOL)

If you actually want to test these instead of guessing, I can try to help with that. Got voltmeter and know how to use it?
