I need some help

I have a 2002 Civic. While driving, I plugged my phone into the cigarette lighter to charge it, I noticed the power light on the charger was blinking and not charging my phone. I tried to wiggle it to see if it was my phone but it wasn't, so I unplugged my charger completely. After about a minute or so my battery indicator light on my car comes flicks on then off but then my aftermarket radio shuts off then on several times before I remove the face of it. At this point the battery light is fully on. I look for the next available exit but have to take a toll road to get off. As i'm handing the lady some toll money my transmission indicator light comes on and I notice my car is not moving. I press the gas pedal and it revs up but I wasn't moving at first then I began to move. I get the the exit and my car dies. All the lights are dim at this point. I turn my car off then try to turn it on and I get nothing, no clicking sounds what so ever. I get a buddy to jump my car for me and that seems to help, I make it home but the battery indicator light was on the entire ride home.

Wow, so much bold lettering ! How old is your battery? How are your electrical connections looking?
