Random misfires usually point to a faulty Crankshaft/Camshaft position sensor, but these misfires constantly occur on Cylinder 1 & 2 it points to the ignition coils for those cylinders.

Re: misfire on two cylinders

Erase codes.

Disable (unplug) the EGR valve (assuming it is so equipped). Drive it and see if the misfire codes come back while the valve is unplugged.

It will turn on the light and set a code for the EGR, but right now I only want to see if the misfire codes come back.

And someone would know what year and trim you have how?

Are the coils still swapped when p304 comes up or did you put them back?
