Rep Power: 0 Diagnostic Steps - Engine won't turn
Hi. Can you please direct me to diagnosing this problem?
Car was driving fine. Pulled into the driveway (luckily) came to a stop and the engine started to shake a little.
I applied a little gas, and the engine revved fine, no shaking.
Took the foot off the gas, at idle the engine shook again (gently, not too hard).
I turned off the engine and tried to restart. It shook a little, but did not start. It seems as though its trying to turn over, but doesn't.
Thanks.

Some additional information:
I went out, turned the car On, then off three times. Each time, I listened for the fuel pump to kick on. It did. I was then able to start the car.
It still idled rough. I brought it to 2k RPM and held it steady. There was definitely a cyclic feel to the RPMs, slightly slower, then back, slightly slower, then back again.

it sounds to me like there is a problem with your timing,
you timing belt might have jumped a tooth or two,
i would start by removing the top timing cover and checking the timing marks to see if they line up,
do not try to start the engine or run the engine anymore until this is done, or you are risking serious engine/head/valve damage

Thanks. I had looked at the belt and everything seemed fine. It was actually one of the first things I looked at.
I ended up sending it to the shop. Turned out the electronic load detector was bad along with 2 of the coils.
