the manual says 10k, but the stock tires barely even last that long im around 8k and ill probably rotate mine as soon as i get a chance. they already feel dangerous in the rain, and i dont drive my car hard. the $30 tires on my 88 omni were better with 26000 miles on them than the stock firestones were at 5k

I rotated mine at about 10k and I noticed significantly more wear on the front ones than the back... best advice is to rotate often if you like your tires, I just happen to be eager to wear out my firestones. 10k should be fine, but they won't last quite as long as doing it today.

when i had to replace a tire, run over something and cut it, i went to the firestone dealership and bought another one identical to the stock rubbers. they told me to rotate every 6000 miles. i also bought the road hazzard warranty, which covers everything about the tire. it was like $3.50 per tire. and, they also told me when i replace the tires, that they offer some program where they use a guage and see how much tread life is left, they give you so much money towards the purchase of the new tires. but, thats not due to the road hazard warranty, they said the trade in program was available on all firestone tires @ their licensed dealers.

Make sure you guys rotate in this pattern, first time roation (front to back), then the second rotation (criss-cross). Switch every so often cause your passenger tire is your pulling tire.

do yourself a favor and dont replace them with firestones again, at least not the same ones as honda used on the car. these tires are

The stock firestones blow. I replaced mine with YOKOHAMA's that cost like 50 bucks less per tire and they have a definite better grip. I usually rotate every 5,000 miles.

Tire rotation is good if you want to ride more than 3 years on these horrible stock tires. I'd like change them on second oil change to something better and less noisy.
