Misfire on multiple cylinders

Misfire on multiple cylinders
The first set of codes i got said that all four cylinders were misfiring so i replaced the spark plugs and checked to see if all the coils were fine. The next day check engine light came back on and the new codes were saying cylinder 1, 3, and 4 are misfiring. I did a compression test cylinder 1 and 2 were normal but cylinder 3 and 4 were 10% below the norm. I can't seem to pin point the problem maybe the crank or cam sensor?

Adjust the valves properly before doing anything else.
