Grinding on the right side of the car

Grinding on the right side of the car I have a 01-civic that's making an annoying grinding noise when I accelerate, I've changed the right axle and im not sure what to do. Ill post a video but listen close and you can hear it along with my squeaky clutch.

I haven't changed the clutch yet, but I have changed the throw out bearing, I purchased a input shaft bearing. Im stuck
P.s I've taken it to a mechanic and they don't even know!
