oil coming through exhaust!!! please help!!!

so i recently just changed my oil about 1500 miles ago. and when i hit a thousand miles it used/consumed over a court and a half. or how ever much it uses to turn on my the check engine light and not let me reach a certain rpms. and noticing my rear bumper having a black resine all along my bumper by the exhaust. (and it really sucks because its starting to eat away at my bumper from the bottom). if anyone reads this please help me out. i was told my the guys i work with at the ford dealership. thats its burnt piston rings and they arnt expanding and the oil down at the bottom is just passing through the conbustion chamber and exiting through the exhuast. just detailed the ride on saturday and already its appearing on my bumper. what do i need to do and what do i need to buy?

First off, what Check engine light came on? Was it the "red oil" light or the Yellow/orange light?
Sounds like your check engine light came on. But that will not come on from low oil.

Second the best way to tell if your rings are bad would be a compression test.

it was the yellow light. i guess it triggers a valve to open. but my mechanic at work said its proavly the pcv valve. so im gonna try and switch that out and see if that might be the problem.

Its not the problem. The PCV has no electronics. It can NOT throw a check engine light.

Compression test the car.

The "mechanics" your dealing with sound like idiots.

Haha. I'm not saying the pvc turned the light on. Just when the oil is low it will hit a rev limit at like 4000 rpm and the light kicks on. Then goes away we I add oil to it. But he said that it could be burning fuel and passing oil through my exhaust.
