2001 Civic DX with 3 different codes

2001 Civic DX with 3 different codes The car has 107k miles, my check engine and maintenance light has been on. The three codes that came up are P0122, P0113 and P0740. I bought a new TPS sensor for it and replaced it, but it made it worse. I have looked up the two other codes and am unsure what to do. I really do not want to pay Honda $100 for them to tell me what is exactly wrong, and then them try to tell me a need a new transmission. When I am coming to a stop while going down hill, the car feels like it surges during the down shift, if that makes sense. When I accelerate my motor shakes as if it is not using all four cylinders. At first I thought it was because I had a cracked motor mount. I replaced that which helped when the car is in low idle, but like I said it still shakes when accelerating. I am getting completely frustrated by all this, can someone please help me?
