Any suggestions on what this could be? I have a 2001 Honda Civic LX I turn the blower on and air comes out but the air is not coming out cold. Same thing for my heat, air blows but not hot. It had just been working fine about a week ago. I can say that when I turn the AC control on neither fan comes on if you look under the hood of the car. Nothing but issues with this car since I bought it brand spanking new.

do you hear any noises in the dash when turning temp dial from hot to cold? its possible the switching mechanism isnt working properly for the heat. a/c sounds like a bigger problem if you say the radiator fans do not work. start by checking the fuses.
