good to go or no go?

ive always heard civics were great on everything from gas to reliability. with that said im
looking at buying a 2001 civic. 81,000 miles.
the good: has body kit, nice paint, brembo brake calipers, dc headers, dc air intake, full system in in with 10 inch subs, carbon fiber hood, aftermarke wheels and tires, bucket seats, and a sway bar, sun roof.
the bad: quarter sized hole in leather of driver seat. drivers side door has some metal to metal contact, clear coat is coming on in a 1foot by 4 inch area on the wing,

my question is what kind of things could be wrong with this or is there anything i should particularly look for? carfax shows nothing, i drove it and it drives good. how much would you price a car like this, tops?

dealership wanted 10,200 but i got them to agree to 8803.25.
kelly bluebook for just the car is 8710.
please help.

i would never buy a modified car because chances are its been beat to hell and back look for a stock civic. and if its a automatic tranns definitely stay away from it.

Find yourself a stock civic in good condition ... This person is trying to pay off their mods with your wallet.
