Rustproofing/Undercoatind New Civic
Just purchased a new Civic EX Coupe
.Great machine,love it.
My question is, do I get it rustproofed/undercoated?
dealer cost is $659.00.
The car is in western Pennsylvania.Salt and salt all winter.
Thanks for the help!!!

My opinion would be that it's kind of late in the season now... it's actually Spring. I dunno about around there, but up here in Eastern Canada, our snow is completely gone.

I'd wait until November.

I went with Krown Rustproofing. Used it on the 2003 Hybrid and the 1998. Both continue to look good.

+1 go to krown or the like, it only costs about $150 and its the exact same thing. dealers are stealers
